Looking for a reliable garnet distributor? Sandblast Solutions carries GMA Garnet, one of the largest industry leaders providing high quality garnet.
What is Garnet?
Garnet is a preferred source of abrasive because it has the right combination of hardness, grain size, density and does not contain high levels of toxic substances. Garnet abrasives can be used on all types of abrasive blasting jobs, but are popular on stainless steel and other specialty alloys because garnet is free of metallic iron.
GMA garnet offers high recyclability; depending on the application, GMA garnet can be used up to 10 times.
Benefits of Garnet:
- Superior Hardness
- Low to No Substrate Grit Transfer
- Little Dust Production- allowing a safer environment for confined industrial work
- Fast and Clean Abrasive
- Low Friability
