Tercoo Pre-Blaster Disc®

The Tercoo® Pre-Blaster Disc is designed to remove thick coatings and heavy corrosion prior to surface profiling with the Bristle Blaster®. Featuring tungsten carbide tips, it removes coatings up to 5 mm thick, including paint, epoxy, bitumen, tar, rubber, rust, and fireproofing materials. By handling heavy material removal first, it improves Bristle Blaster® efficiency, extends belt life, and supports a two-step process that achieves surface cleanliness comparable to ISO 8501-1 Sa 3 / AMPP SSPC SP-5 / NACE 1 standards.
