  • PD-1 GHR Gunning Rig

    Description

    For use with packaged, pre-blended materials for shotcrete and
    refractory applications.

    Features & Benefits:

    • Provides the opportunity to add a controlled amount of moisture to the bagged material as it is transported and fed into the gun.
    • The addition of moisture, as much as 60 percent of the total water required, and the mixing action of the auger starts the hydration process long before the material reaches the nozzle.
    • The controlled design or prebagged mixes ensure the amount of water added at the nozzle, in the split second that the material passes through the water ring,
    • produces proper, in-place shotcrete.

    Description

    The Putzmeister Piccola is built to the Swiss design with a vane air motor (250–600 cfm), flat hopper with bag breaker and screen, and 11/2" (38mm) outlet diameter as standard.
