  • Air Drying Systems (ADS)

    Description

In the Air Dryer System (ADS), the air rises through a bed of marbles and into deliquescent/dessicant tablets inside the tank before the air exits the vessel. Approximately 50% of residual moisture is removed (after cooling). Removed moisture is collected in the bottom of the separator tank. An after-filter removes particulates that may have become airborne, then used in the abrasive blasting operation.

    Size Options:
    250 cfm, 400 cfm, 750 cfm, 950 cfm, 1200 cfm, 1600 cfm, 2000 cfm, 2500 cfm

  • Venturi Nozzles

    Description

Venturi nozzles are a crucial component in the sandblasting process, designed to maximize efficiency and performance. These nozzles accelerate the flow of abrasive material while minimizing air consumption. As air enters the nozzle, it creates a vacuum that draws in the abrasive, allowing for a powerful and controlled blast.

Our Venturi nozzles are available in various sizes and configurations to suit different applications, ensuring optimal performance for both light and heavy-duty projects. They are crafted from high-quality materials for durability and resistance to wear, making them ideal for a range of surface preparation tasks.
