  • Aftercooler Systems (ACS)

    Description

In the Aftercooler System (ACS), the air rises through a stainless steel particulate filter that attracts condensed moisture. Removed moisture is collected in the bottom of the separator tank. The dryer, cooler air then exits the tank for use in the abrasive blasting operation.

    Size Options:
    250 cfm, 400 cfm, 750 cfm, 950 cfm, 1200 cfm, 1600 cfm, 2000 cfm, 2500 cfm

  • Air Drying Systems (ADS)

    Description

In the Air Dryer System (ADS), the air rises through a bed of marbles and into deliquescent/desiccant tablets inside the tank before the air exits the vessel. Approximately 50% of residual moisture is removed (after cooling). Removed moisture is collected in the bottom of the separator tank. An after-filter removes particulates that may have become airborne, then used in the abrasive blasting operation.

    Size Options:
    250 cfm, 400 cfm, 750 cfm, 950 cfm, 1200 cfm, 1600 cfm, 2000 cfm, 2500 cfm

  • AmphiBlast™ Single-Outlet Skid

    Description

Unlike other blast systems that mix abrasive and water inside the vessel, the AmphiBlast system injects water into the blast stream after the metering valve, using a patent-pending, user-friendly and uniquely precise water injection system. With this system, you can quickly and consistently control every aspect: fine-tune air, abrasive, and water flows to achieve optimal blasting performance, all while maintaining efficient use of abrasive and water. Switch between wet or dry blast, blowoff, and Softwash™ without having to reset your air, abrasive, or water, using a central, easy-to-use gauge console.

    Features & Benefits:

    • Operate up to three nozzles/outlets simultaneously
    • Independently set each nozzle for wet blast, dry blast, softwash or blowoff
    • Greater abrasive capacity for increased productivity
    • The HALOK® system mechanically requires the operator to follow proper procedure in order to open the 10" closure
    • The CEN™ blowdown system reduces blowdown noise levels to approximately 92 dba (equivalent to traffic noise) and prevents frost buildup, which has been reported to retain dangerous pressure in the vessel
    • The Ergo-Ladder is a curved ladder with non-slip rungs, grab handle, and attachment point for fall protection systems. It makes for easier, safer and more comfortable access to the 10" closure
    • The Manway Stay Bracket automatically retains the manway cover for easier, error-free installation
