Sales Support Specialist

We’re looking for a full-time sales support specialist to join our growing team! The candidates we seek must be hard-working, driven professionals who are ready to learn the industry to have a fulfilling career. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Expected working hours are Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and gather information
- Build customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Educate customers on full product line
- Lead generation
- Follow up on incoming leads
- Improve sales skills to increase success rates
- Meet sales goals and objectives
- Use CRM Software to maintain database on new and existing sales opportunities
- Use ERP Software to input and process orders
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred but not required
- Ability to be teachable
- Active listening skills
- Time-management and organizational skills
- Collaborative skills
- Excellent communication skills, listening skills, and customer service skills
- Strong technological skills
