Sales Support Specialist

We’re looking for a full-time sales support specialist to join our growing team! The candidates we seek must be hard-working, driven professionals who are ready to learn the industry to have a fulfilling career. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Expected working hours are Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm.

Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and gather information
  • Build customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Educate customers on full product line
  • Lead generation
  • Follow up on incoming leads
  • Improve sales skills to increase success rates
  • Meet sales goals and objectives
  • Use CRM Software to maintain database on new and existing sales opportunities
  • Use ERP Software to input and process orders

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to be teachable
  • Active listening skills
  • Time-management and organizational skills
  • Collaborative skills
  • Excellent communication skills, listening skills, and customer service skills
  • Strong technological skills
